...5.13...over the Weekend...at Mom's...

...before we left for our trip up to Mom's ...this box arrived...

...so I immediately opened it...

...gorgeous hyacinths from Our Airman for Mother's Day...

...it was a beautiful spring day...perfect for traveling...

...the 'fam' gathered outside for a nice Mother's Day visit...the day was perfect...just a tiny bit chilly...

...it was a great pizza party...Mom had ordered lots of different kinds of pizzas to suit everyone's taste...this is the veggie one...

...my sweet Sissie opened her Birthday presents...I was so happy to find "the card" after the move...haha...

...you've not seen them yet...but you will soon...

...and Mom opened her Mother's Day giftie...we'd sent a "Tower of Chocolate" also and it arrived earlier in the week...

...after it got dark...I went out on the front porch (several times)...trying to capture the Northern Lights...and it was nothing like the spectacular photos people had been posting...just a faint greenish yellow glow...we had seen them several times in North Dakota...but never the spectacular pink and blue colours...

...some pretty flowers at Mom's...Japanese iris...

...my sweet Brother and SIL's elaborate garden...

...with lots of greens in the greenhouse...

...onions and herbs too...it's just now time to be planting outside here in the mountains...

...the beautiful path to the river...

...and the river...such a peaceful place...

...the pond in the old horse pasture...Mom says she uses it to know if it's raining...because you can see the droplets hitting the surface from the house...
