...Creamy Vegan Alfredo...

...you might think that an alfredo dinner would be difficult to pull off on a weeknight...

...but this simple recipe is not...
...this is the recipe that I've scribbled in my binder...sorry there's not much direction there...but seriously...that's all there is to it...
...you just blend it all up...and put it in a pot and cook until thick and bubbly...
...then in the meantime...make some quick and easy bread sticks to go along with your alfredo noodles...

...the recipe is from my old old Betty Crocker Cookbook...it was a wedding present...

...just mix them up and let them rise for about 15 minutes...
...then pop them in the oven for another 15 minutes...
...add a salad - and you'll have a delicious weeknight dinner on the table in about 1/2 hour...
...so creamy and so good...
