...Mayocoba Beans...
...I'd never seen these before...a.k.a. Frijoles Peruanos...
...so of course we had to try them...
...they look sort of like navy beans...
...soaked...they were an odd greenish-yellow...
...but cooked they looked a lot like big navy beans...
...so how did they taste?...
...good...a little bit earthy and creamier than pintos...

I have not heard of these either. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled.
