...easy vegan chocolate cake muffins...

...I've made some vegan cakes from cake mixes before...Duncan Hines is vegan...and maybe some of the other ones too...

...but I had always replaced the eggs with something...usually flax seed goo and Ener-G...

...but this time...all I did was mix the cake with water and oil...per the directions...with 2 Tbs water for each egg replaced...that's all...

...it was so moist and good...and so easy...
