...so...yesterday was all about green beans...
...so today is going to be all about corn...
...shucking and silking...
...cutting...
...and scraping...
...a nice big bowl of sweet yellow corn...
...ready for the freezer...
...now it's time for the white...
...washed...
...and silked...the white corn was much 'silkier' than the yellow...
...a pretty pile of corn...
...we sorted out the best ears to freeze whole for wintertime corn on the cob...
...then I cut and scraped...
...and cut and scraped some more...it's a messy job so I set the plate and the bowl down in the sink to minimize the splatter...
...and a few more pints of corn to be enjoyed like a ray of sunshine during the winter...

A lot of work - I am sad and lazy as my answer is a can opener and a can! I do like eating corn on the cob though.
