...and as is usual for him...there is no recipe...he started with carmelized onions though...and ended up with the coconut milk you see here...
...and I think I'm about to get my come-uppance for all of the series I've made the Man watch...as he's chosen The Vietnam War...the Ken Burns series on PBS...
...there are 10 episodes...and I really don't think I can watch them all...so much death and killing...and it's REAL people...not a movie...so...SO HARD TO WATCH...

ReplyDeletewe haven't watched the Vietnam one, but we watched his Civil War series. i vote that you try to watch it even though it's upsetting. so much can be learned by studying the past. (which you know, of course). love, k
