...a new to us fruit...the Gold Nugget Mandarin...

...not quite as ugly as the Ugli fruit...but with it's tarnished skin...I'm surprised that people don't just think it's past its prime...

...it peels quite easily...and the fruit is seedless...

...sweet and tangy like most mandarins...maybe a little sweeter...it's really good...
