...W.I.A.Y. ...

...first thing was a smoothie/juice...just blueberries and cranberry juice again...
...yum...
...and I had an apple with that...
...a little later when I got hungry...I had a mango...
...so sweet...
...for lunch I originally thought I'd just have a spinach salad and some tofu...
...but realized that that was not nearly enough...so I heated up a bunch of leftovers...not very exciting I know...spaghetti, mixed veg, brussels sprouts and hummus...it was good though...
...in the afternoon I had a plate full of veggies...potatoes, sweet potatoes, cucumber, tomato and carrot...with a little cup of ranch dressing for dipping...
...and dinner was a bowl...but you were expecting that...right...

...pinto beans, salsa, spinach, sauerkraut and nooch...

...what did you eat yesterday?

  1. oh, my that's a lot of colorful food! my day was significantly less colorful! we had a cookout with the kids at the coast. just normal burgers and dogs - morningstar burgers and these neat "Artisan -Vegan" Field Roast hot dogs for Richard and Miranda.
