...it firmed up nicely...
...and made a pretty presentation...
...and it was sliceable...
...I also tried re-melting some of it...and added some 'tamed' jalapenos and salsa...and had it with chips and it was very good that way too...

ReplyDeleteI'll pretty much have a go at ANY vegan cheese. Matt currently has like ten cookbooks from the library dedicated to the art of artisan vegan cheese, culture, mostly cashews and so on. I had no idea there were so many vegan cheese cookbooks! He's got a brie I really like. I can't wait to see what he makes for Christmas.
