...another vegan 'cheeze'...

...I basically used the recipe at One Green Planet...
...it firmed up nicely...
...and made a pretty presentation...
...and it was sliceable...
...I also tried re-melting some of it...and added some 'tamed' jalapenos and salsa...and had it with chips and it was very good that way too...

...what's your favorite vegan cheese?...

  2. I'll pretty much have a go at ANY vegan cheese. Matt currently has like ten cookbooks from the library dedicated to the art of artisan vegan cheese, culture, mostly cashews and so on. I had no idea there were so many vegan cheese cookbooks! He's got a brie I really like. I can't wait to see what he makes for Christmas.

    Also: Now I want nachos.
