...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made a peppery Vegan Sauce Diable...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...
...it was good...or it would have been if I hadn't put too much pepper in...
...Julia doesn't give specific amounts...and I just put too much pepper...

...the Man liked it though...he likes things spicier than I do...
