...this was a super easy dinner...I roasted some carrots in my favorite clay roaster...
...just carrots and Earth Balance...that's all...
...and we had baked tofu...rice...and steamed broccoli...
...and we always just call this movie The Grinch...a Christmas classic...but this version is actually called How the Grinch Stole Christmas (just like my favorite Dr. Seuss cartoon version)...and...it was definitely not my favorite the first time I saw it with a very little Airman...but having watched for about 20 years now...it has grown on me and now seems like a part of our Christmas tradition...haha...

This is the only Christmas Grinch movie I have ever seen. I likely wouldn't have watched it but I am always looking for movies to watch with my niece at Christmas. We both enjoyed it.
