...just a pretty normal day of vegan eats...
...breakfast was an everything bagel with vegan cream cheese and tea...recipe here for homemade everything bagels...
...mid-morning snack of apple and pecans...
...lunch was a big (Seinfield) salad...boughten (ND word) tomatoes and romaine...
...lots of vegan bacon bits, homemade croutons and homemade vegan ranch dressing...
...then I had a rather huge dinner...lettuce and cucumbers for dipping in the vegan ranch...baked tofu with Heinz 57 sauce...and a bowl full of Foreman Grilled veggies...eaten in front of the TV...o'course...
...and taking a page from the Man's night-time snacking book....I had a bowl of Cheerios (actually organic Toasted Oat cereal) and a banana...
...what did you eat yesterday?...

My "eats" were not as colorful as yours! Bran cereal for breakfast, a Cutie for snack, a sandwich for lunch. I fried the $4 squash for supper - it was NOT tasty at all!! So disappointed. Also at supper was a green pea salad, a noodle salad made with melted blue cheese, cranberries and pecans. Then homemade brownies for dessert. Love, K
