...we started the weekend with vegan omelettes...

...using homemade Just Egg...

...pancakes...and spinach on the side...I could have added it to the omelette...

...our amarylis is going to have a third shoot of blooms...I've never seen that many before...

...then we went shopping...

...a pretty normal haul...

...we got some special items for a Marry Me Tofu recipe we're going to try this week...

...and Stuff-Mart had all of these little sauce bottles for 25¢...so we picked up a few of those...

...the seeds that we planted are already sprouting...

...I soaked black beans overnight and cooked them in the Instant Pot...

...the Man seasoned the cast iron wok that Mom had given us...it works on our induction cooker too...

...I baked a vegan cake...the Golden Layer Cake recipe is in this old post...but I just cooked in a 9 x 13 inch pan not in layers...

...and then made a simple chocolate sauce to top it with...it was pretty delicious...the Man's Mom used to make a cake and chocolate sauce like this when we were dating...
