...since the Man was going to make Marry Me Tofu...I needed to make some fresh bread...so I started it in my bread machine...
...and then I took it out and made it into a loaf...
...slashed it and brushed it with almond milk...
...and baked it to a perfect golden brown...
...and then I couldn't wait until it cooled to but the heel off and try it...
...because there are few things better than fresh from the oven hot buttered bread...
...the Man made the Marry Me Tofu...
...and we had it over linguine noodles...it was so delicious...

Oh I've never heard of Marry Me Tofu. It looks like spaghetti or pasta sauce. Lately I'm cooking with a variety of beans, pulses and veggies though not altogether. Yesterday I made yummy creamy cauliflower soup.
