...2.11...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made one of Julia's 'english' titled recipes...VEGAN FROZEN ARTICHOKE HEARTS...I was surprised at how difficult it is to even find frozen artichokes...

...the recipe is really simple...you just basically cook the artichokes in some vegan broth...

...we served them as a rather plain side dish...and they were fine...especially if you love artichokes I guess...we like them 'fine'...but they're not a favorite for either of us...
