Picnic in the Park

The Man-Cub's class had it's year-end picnic (only it was after lunch this year so it was really only a snack in the park).

There was a rowdy game of tag on the playground -

you could slide to get away from 'It'...

then there was an impromptu baseball game - so of course the Man-Cub was in on that one...

Notice the still leaf-less trees - it was about 60 F - I had on a jacket...

This is probably the last school related post for a while - summer break has begun - YAY!

    that's wild - our school doesn't get out until june 10th....when do you start in the fall? ours starts aug 25th. i know he's happy to be moving on! love, k

    We go back on August 19th - not that much earlier - but remember we rarely miss for any type of weather. I think we only had one 'storm' day this past year.
