...and it wasn't as good as when I roast frozen broccoli...I don't really know why...of course I ate it all up anyway...it was good...just not as good as frozen...maybe in future I'll blanch it first...or just buy it frozen...haha...

yes, i've noticed that too with broccoli. i actually like frozen green beans better than fresh...and they're much easier for my lazy ways!

And, your post reminded me I've fresh broccoli in the fridge I should have eaten for supper. Ah well, will do that tomorrow and will roast it as that's my favorite way to eat it. I tend to like fresh first, frozen second and canned if there's nothing else.
ReplyDeleteI do like frozen veg, especially onions. Waitrose do the best frozen onions, no peeling or smelly hands!
