...Vegan Greek Yogurt...

...I've shown y'all how I make Vegan Soy Yogurt before...here...
...but did you know that 'Greek Yogurt' is just regular yogurt that has had some (or most) of the whey strained out...
...so I set up a straining session for my Soy Yogurt...just spooned it into a fine mesh strainer over a mason jar...to catch the whey...which I'm going to try to use as starter to make my next batch of soy yogurt...I'll let you know how that goes...
...from a pint of soy yogurt...I got one cup of this thick creamy 'Greek' soy yogurt and about a cup of whey...
...so I stirred in a Tablespoon or so of the MIL's strawberry freezer jam...
...et voilĂ ...Creamy Vegan Greek Strawberry Yogurt...so delicious...
