...Friday family movie night...and family brunch Saturday...

...I guess everyone knows that once your child turns 18 and goes to college...you just don't see that much of them anymore...

...but our Scout was home Friday night...and dinner was his idea...a sheet pan dinner...
...not sure where he got the idea...but basically you put everything on one sheet pan and bake it all together in the oven...
...broccoli...tofu...and potatoes...all roasted together with some spices and vegan parmesan...
...it was pretty delicious...

...and the movie...

...well...it was the Man's turn to pick...and he chose The Pink Panther...

...and I thought that I'd seen it before...but apparently not...as none of it really seemed familiar to me at all...maybe I'm thinking of all the Pink Panther cartoons I watched when I was little...

...my favorite thing was seeing all of the 60s fashions...and it was a good movie too...
...and then...breakfast was also Scout's idea...Chocolate waffles...
...not sure why this photo is sideways...
...but the waffles turned out perfectly...
...Scout sprinkled them with powdered sugar...
...and they were delicious...

~Have a lovely day!

  1. Sheet pan dinner, now that's a novel idea. Those waffles look delicious, too. And the movie is a classic. MOM
