...so...I did make the VEGAN GALETTES AU FROMAGE...and I did use my cute little goldfish cookie cutter...
...and I know y'all have been waiting with bated breath to see how the tessellating goldfish cookie cutter worked...
...the front to back (or nose to tail as the case may be) tessellation was pretty close...
...and the side to side or top to bottom was too...
...in fact...I was pretty pleased with the tessellation overall...any aberrations were my fault in placing the cookie cutter...
...the crackers turned out light and crispy and perfect...
