...Instant Pot...

...The Man and I got an Instant Pot for Valentine's Day...
...and unboxed it right away...
...got it set up and read the manual...
...and so the very first thing I made in the new Instant Pot...
...rice...
...just following the instructions in the manual...
...and in just a few minutes...
...we had perfectly cooked rice...

...we're looking forward to making a lot of things in the new Instant Pot...

    Congratulations! It seems everyone I know in blog land is getting an instant pot. I just got mine before Christmas. I think I made turkey soup in it first. Enjoy.

    wonder if it uses a lot of power? i suspect it does - not a good thing on the boat! i've been using the pressure cooker on the boat to cook rice....did just this evening. you would have liked the sauce - i had bought a jar of a "Taste of India" sauce - Jalfrezi. i just chopped up a bunch of veggies and sauted them. i like easy dishes on the boat! love, k
