...I just made a Vegan Fish sauce...Vegan Fumet de Poisson an Vin Blanc...in preparation for a Vegan Lobster dish I want to make this coming weekend...
...it was really simple...and now it's in the fridge ready to go...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...
