...obviously this was eaten on Easter Sunday...
...we started our feast with a delicious vegan asparagus soup...just using up the trimmings from the fresh asparagus...
..and then we had the VEGAN GIGOT OU ÉPAULE DE PRÉ-SALÉ BRAISÉ (aux Haricots)...which at first glance I thought was going to be green beans...but it was an unusual combination of vegan lamb and white beans...it was really really delicious...

I don't think I've had asparagus soup before! It looks yummy :) Happy EASTER!

Delete...it just used the trimmings from our asparagus and a nice cream sauce...it was delish...
