...this parsley is right now ONE MONTH OLD...I know that's amazing...you can see it in the weekly shop here...
...and all I did to save it this long was to put it into a jar full of water...like you would do with cut flowers...and then I covered it with a plastic shopping bag...and rubber-banded that around the base of the jar...
...so simple...and I've had fresh parsely on hand for a whole month...
...so I'm trying the same thing with a bunch of cilantro...it seems a little bit more delicate to me...so it may not last a whole month...haha...
...so here are my two bunches of green toppings ready for the fridge...
