Breakfast - Leftover Tarte aux Pommes...and Cinnamon Stick Tea...
Lunch - Bean Soup (leftovers from the freezer) and Cornbread (it's underneath...I know you can't see it)...and tea...
Dinner - Angel Hair Pasta with Vegan Meat Sauce and Salad...

    2. :-) Okay! It's a new day so I'll list today's food which is not the norm since it's Sunday and I take it easier on Sunday.

      Breakfast: Cereal which I make which consists of raw pumpkin seeds, ground flax, unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped apples and coconut milk.

      Lunch: Tri-tip and baked beans and brussel sprouts

      Snack: Low carb Coconut Lemon Cake

      Dinner: Chicken salad (chicken breast, cranberries, apples with mayo)

    3. Thanks...the breakfast sounds yummy...did you post your recipe at LoLMB?...and I love baked beans and brussels sprouts too...and I'd love your lemon cake recipe...I have a lemon pound cake that I'm fond of...but something light would be nice too...
