...W.I.A.Y. ...

...another day of vegan eats...
...a breakfast of peanut butter and Homemade Vegan Bee Free Honee on whole wheat toast...this is something I used to have all the time when I was in high school...and now rarely ever have...it was really good though...
...that didn't keep me full for very long...so I had a bowl of bran flakes with oatmeal and a chopped Gala apple on top with some almond milk...
...staying hydrated with some fruit water...
...this one is lemon-lime...so refreshing...
...the Man and I met for lunch at our favorite little trattoria...and I ordered a wrap...we rarely go here for lunch and the menu is different...this is a veggie and eggplant wrap and it comes with pesto...which is not vegan...so I ordered it with basil leaves instead of pesto...and they happily obliged...
...after lunch we went to the chocolate shop and the ice cream shop...they have a strawberry sorbet that is vegan...
...I made my usual afternoon plate of veggies...
...and for dinner one of my bowls...green beans, carrots, sauerkraut, black beans and rice topped with salsa and nooch...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

  1. Oats and flaxseed every day for breakfast.
    Lentils, tomatoes, beets, brussel sprouts, kale, red cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower spiced up with nooch smoked paprika, turmeric and lemon juice.

    Raw veggies for snack.

    Similar vegan bowl for dinner no lentils, and collard greens and spinach instead of kale. Brussel sprouts, rutabaga turnip and mushrooms and a bit of nooch. Sometimes I add chick peas too.

    I LOVE vegan bowls of goodness.
