...W.I.A.Y. ...

...we had a big breakfast of pancakes, tofu scramble and vegan sausage...so I was pretty filled up and did not have a snack...
...then for lunch...it was windy and chilly...and I wanted some soup...so I just threw together a creamy cauliflower soup...
...and ate two bowls full...
...in the afternoon I had a snack of banana and peanut butter on whole wheat toast...yummy...
...and the Lenten dinner at Church was burgers and fries...and I brought veggie burgers for me and Our Girl...
...and an apple and walnuts for dessert...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

  1. I soaked lima beans again overnite - cooked with salt, pepper and some sugar. Were delicious! Love, K

  2. Blueberries, oats, flaxseeds, banana all mixed for breakfast. Salad for lunch and vege chilli with roasted potatoes for dinner.
