...2.1...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made a delicious Vegan Quiche au Camembert...to use up the leftover Vegan Camembert from last weeks biscuits...
...remember back in August...when we put up all that corn...well...we're thankful now that we did that...as we got some of it out of the freezer...and it's so good and sweet and summery...
...this quiche is delicious...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...

    Yum! That looks wonderful; I'm sure your whole house smelled good!!! I made a tofu-based vegan quiche years ago that was seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten. I need to find that recipe again! Have a wonderful day! :)
