The Budweiser Clydesdales

Since we missed seeing the Clydesdales in the parade (as we were riding on the Cub Scout float) I took the Man-Cub to see them 'in person'...

They were housed in their fancy schmancy portable stables at one of the local ice skating/hockey arenas - the Man-Cub had fun reading about their history...

This is Mark - they had funny people names - not horsey names at all - except there was one called Diamond...

As the groom gave Mark his washdown - he told us all about the horses and the way they travel and set up everything - this hitch is based out of Texas but there are several others - some travel and some stay in one place - like Sea World...

  1. Those horses are amazing up close. We saw some of them in St. Louis. They are bigger than you would think. Glad the cub got to see them. E
