...well - our Hot Water Heater sprung a leak...
...and as it was the weekend we couldn't get a plumber out to replace it - so we had to turn off the valve at the top and the breaker and only turn it on intermittently to take a shower or do the dishes - the laundry just had to wait...
Here we are mid-installation...
...and the finished Water Heater - of course it's much more energy efficient than the previous model - and we shouldn't run out of hot water again...
Gotta hate those moments. Now you won't have to worry about it...for several years at least.

ReplyDeletehappy laundry - mine is in the marina washer right now. i did it by hand two nights ago and hung it out to dry on the life lines....i think that would be a bit tacky here in downtown Norfolk!
