Lutheran World Relief - School Kits

I know I talked about the School Kits before - I don't know why we sort of put it off until the last minute...

...but we set up our 'assembly line' on the kitchen counter...

and put everything in each bag...

This is a pretty girly bag - but I made some plain denim ones too...

These will be blessed tomorrow with the LWR Quilts and Health Kits...

    hey, that's sweet - love the girlie bag too!

    one of these days if i ever get to cruise the pacific - we'll take stuff like that on the boat with us to give the villages that we'll visit. they apparently don't have basic supplies and the "cruisers" often bring school supplies as gifts.

    I like the bags you are packing the school supplies in. They will make nice library bags for the children.
