ReplyDeleteI grew up with lefse! My mom veganized it so I wouldn't have to miss out. I am soooo happy it's lefse time again! those church ladies mean BUSINESS when it comes to lefse.
ReplyDeleteThey look very good, so I googled a recipe - now all I have to do is divide it so instead of making 60 it makes half a dozen!
ReplyDeleteI'd never heard of lefse before moving here either :) I still haven't tasted any though, my husband talks about making some every once and a while but it hasn't happened yet!
