...we made another vegan version of Buttered Artichokes...Vegan Quartiers d'Artichauts au Beurre...they were buttery and good...of course...

    Hi Maureen,
    ...Julia gives a recipe for frozen artichoke hearts...but I've not been able to find them here...so maybe I'll sub some canned ones for that recipe...
