...for brekkie...after a smoothie...which I didn't photograph for some reason...it was peanut butter and banana and it was really yummy...I had a big bowl of buttery (or Earth Balance-y) grits...
...then for lunch I was craving pizza...so I got some of my homemade vegan mozzarella out of the freezer and grated it...and I also had some vegan pepperoni in there...
...and I made a single serve pizza for lunch...it turned out perfectly...and was just what I wanted...
...really yummy...
...and I had a salad and some grapes with that...
...then for dinner...as often happens...I made a pan of cornbread...
...to go with some beans and greens...I'll post about the beans tomorrow...
...what did you eat yesterday?...
~Have a lovely day!

That all looks wonderful. Especially that fresh corn!! I had grits for breakfast, some leftover slaw and turnips for lunch, a banana and tangerine for snack and curry over rice for dinner. Today will be leftover curry since I made way too much!

The pizza looks so good! I've never tried freezing my vegan cheese. Obviously; it works well!
ReplyDeleteHad homemade bread with homemade cashew cheeze and fruits for breakfast, pea soup for dinner, and tofu omelette with plenty of vegetables for supper. With wine, of course ;-)
Hi Éphée,
Delete...yours all sounds delicious too...cheese and fruit for brekkie...and I need to make a big pot of pea soup as well...

Delete...I love a crusty corn muffin...I've never had nut butter on them...but I bet it's good that way too...
...I searched the blog and found an old old recipe for the cornbread...but that's pretty much how I always make it...http://affectioknit.blogspot.com/2007/02/black-bean-soup-and-cornbread-yall-know.html ...
