...1.12...Japan...day TWELVE...

...we went back to the American Village...
...and parked our little brown mini van in the free parking...Our Airman said it's pretty quiet here in the daytime but gets really busy at night and on weekends...
...there is quite the amusement park feel about the place...
...there were still a lot of Christmas decorations around...but Our Airman said these are here yearround...
...because of this shop...Christmas Land...that sells Christmas things all the time...
...the Man got a haircut...
...and we walked along the sea wall...
...this area is called The Depot Village...
...it's a very touristy spot with lots of restaurants right on the water...
...the breakwater here is painted pretty hues of blue...
...we went to the Hawaiian Cafe for lunch...
...and oh my goodness was the food ever beautiful...it was delicious too...
...just walking around...that's the posh LeQu where we stayed one night...with the public baths...
...and the buildings are so pretty...
...photo op...
...the pavement is engraved with the locations and distances of different places...so close to China and Korea...
...next we exchanged some more dollars for yen...and found a regular supermarket...
...a fun shopping experience...so glad we have the translate app...haha...
...a few things we needed...PINK toilet paper...I've not seen that since the eighties...we always heard it was because of the dyes but it seems that it just went out of style in the U.S. ...the big block of "Okinawa Tofu" cost Y128...about $1...
...the kiddos entryway...Cat has curled up on my sweater...she's having a hard time adjusting to the puppy in the house and has mostly been hiding...so I'm happy that she wants to be out even if she wants to be on my sweater...
...speaking of the puppy...
...we took him to a park with a small fenced area to let him run around off leash for a bit...he and the girls loved it...
...and a little bit of playground time...
...Our Airman relaxing with his girls...
...it was the Man's turn to cook...and he made his delicious spaghetti...
...we all loved it...
...and Dada got out the all the little balls...
... for some rowdy playtime before bed...

~Have a lovely day!
