...there were a few games for kids to play - here Scout is trying to win a 'pop' - it amazes me all the different names for Soda Pop there are - I grew up in the 'south' calling all 'pop' 'Coke'......I remember the first time I ever ordered a soft drink - I was at a horse show and Mom had given me a dollar to go and get a drink at the concession stand - I walked up to the counter and asked for a 'coke' - fully expecting the woman behind the counter to ask me what kind of 'coke' I wanted - instead she gave me a Coca Cola (which I did not want - but was too shy to say so) - I, of course, wanted an 'orange coke'...hahaha...
...Now, I call all 'coke' 'pop'...hehehe...
...anywhooo, I digress...and there was a petting area for the youngsters to get familiar with some farm animals...
I remember tab cola, my parents would drink it and it was horrid.
