...W.I.A.Y. ...

Breakfast - Tofu Scramble, Vegan Cheese, Wheat Toast Sandwich

...probably should have photographed that the other way round...with the tofu on top of the cheese...sorry...
...for lunch...a big ole BLT salad...seriously big...two whole heads of romaine...well maybe a few leaves were gone off of one of them...
...just lettuce...tomatoes...vegan bacon bits...and this time I added some of Annie's Ranch...
...and this is what's left of the cute little basket of tomatoes (which we called Tommy-Toes when I was little)...nothing beats fresh local tomatoes...
...and whenever I have a salad for lunch...I need snacks later...maybe all in my head...but I still eat them...

Snack - Tangerine, handful of almonds...
...another Snack - just some sweet radishes...

...Dinner last night was a Lenten Supper at the Church...and they very sweetly made me a little crockpot full of Vegan Chili...which I had with a salad...and Saltine Crackers...I took my own little vegan cupcake for dessert...but I totally forgot to take my camera...or cel phone for that matter...so the only photo I have is what they packed up for me to bring home...

  1. my meals are not as interesting as yours! i had the normal omelette for breakfast, nuts during the day then a big salad for dinner. and a glass of wine! love, k

    Yesterday I had lentil and vegetable soup for lunch, and Buddah Bowl for supper.
