...W.I.A.Y. ...

...Breakfast was some toasty bread and Bee Free Honee and tofu with some kala namak...and tea of course...
...and then I had a mid-morning snack of kiwifruit...a whole plate of them...

...do you eat the hairy skin of the kiwifruit or not?...I do not...
...for lunch I had a deconstructed sushi bowl...
...afternoon snack was some romaine lettuce, and apple and some walnuts...and the apple is another new (to me) variety...Cameo...have you had one?...it was good...very juicy and sweet...
...the Man made chili for dinner...and we had oven fries, green beans and spinach with it...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

~Have a lovely day!

  1. I've never had a cameo apple. Are they crispy and crunchy? That's the kind I like. I love kiwi fruit. In the beginning I never ate the outside but once I saw others do it I tried it too and it wasn't bad.

    1. Hi Penny,
...it was very crisp and juicy...I'll definitely be looking for it again...I was surprised to find two new to me cultivars this winter...and both were delicious...the Pink Lady one from a couple of weeks ago too...

    2. That's great to know about the Cameo apple. I'll keep my eyes open for them. I have had the Pink Lady and I buy them often. I also like Honey Crisp.

    2. When I was in the U.K. I had vegan shrimps that were way over the ones I buy here. But I like them a lot though. https://www.paradisvegetarien.com/product-page/veg-o-mix-v%C3%A9g%C3%A9-mix-crevettes
