...Tuesdays with Julia...Vegan Hollandaise avec Blancs d'Oeufs...

...we used some aqua faba to make some vegan egg whites...
...and then just folded them into some vegan Hollandaise sauce...
...it was delicious...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...
