...well...I haven't posted about our Movie watching night in a while because of the Bike Project...but we did try out a new-to-us pizza place...not too far from here...I mean everything is at least 10 miles...haha...
...so I ordered a pizza with all their veggies and no cheese...but the guy who took my order said that their truck had not come and they didn't actually have any veggies...whaaaaa???...so I ordered it with just olives...haha...thinking that I'd add some veggies when I got home...
...but then when I got there to pick it up...he smiled and said I was in luck...they got the veggies just in time...lucky me...
...when I got home I sprinkled on some Violife mozzarella...
...and grated some Violife parmesan with my very old Mouli grater... and popped it into the oven for a bit...
...meanwhile I made us some 'appetizers'...I cut up some celery and sliced some baked tofu...and doused it with vegan wing sauce...that was a yummy treat while the pizza 'baked'...
...and the crust was perfect...and it was delicious...we'll definitely go back...
...and the movie was my choice...and it was Wakefield...
...and it was odd...the title character leaves his family...but only a little way away...he hides out in the attic of their garage...and spies on them constantly...and the movie is much about him talking in his head...and a few 'adventures' as he is almost caught...and lives as a homeless person from garbage cans...it was just a movie about some people...but it was odd...I thought it was going to go in the direction of The Yellow Wallpaper...but thankfully it did not...
...I think I'm going to have to pick a winner soon...as the Man was not enamored with this film...haha...
...his previous choices...not noted here...
The African Queen...I'd watched this on TV with my Mom and fam...many many years ago...it was good...
...and...
Support Your Local Sheriff...I'd also watched this on TV many years ago with the fam...and I remember Daddy laughing so hard...
...what have you been watching lately?...

It would have been bland and sad without any veggie!
ReplyDeleteNow this pizza looks perfectly yummy!
Wish you a nice week-end!
Hi Éphée,
Delete...yep...it turned out perfectly this way...I'll definitely order this pizza again...
~Have a lovely day!
Cute about the veggies - your doctored pizza looks yummy. We watched Darkest Hour - you'd both like it. It's about the few months leading up to and first few months of Churchill's stent as PM. Very well done.
