Your Julia project came up last night (as we were making fried rice from the Betty Goes Vegan cookbook) and so I showed a few posts to Matt. He asked me to send the link so he could read some more when he covers the front desk at work while his colleague has her lunch break. It was cool. He was impressed with your creations! (He's the wiz at our house when it comes to veganizing old recipes.)
