...I know I've posted before about Grandma's Veg-O-Matic...I love it so...

...so I thought I'd give you a little demo of how it works...it has these two inserts of parallel cutters...you can use them singly to make 1/4 inch slices...

...or you can place them side by side...and make 1/8 inch slices...like I did for the old fashioned scalloped potatoes...

...but today I wanted diced carrots...which requires two cuts...one with the single wire cutter....and then you place them crosswise...

...put the slices back on the Veg-O-Matic...and make another cut...

...and you get a pile of little perfectly sized cubes...and it's fun...everyone should probably have a Veg-O-Matic...haha...
