...W.I.A.Y. ...

...Breakfast was a probiotic yogurt whey biscuit with some peach jam and some hot tea...it was yummy...
...and then for Lunch - Scrambled Tofu, English Muffin...so I kinda had breadfast again...
...dinner was a Lenten meal at Church...they were serving 'vegetable soup'...but they put some dead animals in their recipe...so I got a few muffin cups of frozen minestrone out of the freezer...and a homemade pita...and a grilled cheese made with Daiya cheddar...
...and packed that into a little 31 bag to take to the Church...

...what did you eat yesterday?...
