...W.I.A.Y. ...

...for Breakfast...I tried the pumpkin spice oatmeal...
...it was good...and would make a nice lo-cal snack too...I do think all the pumpkin spice hype is rather funny...
...second brekkie...or mid-morning snack was a cinnamon bagel and vegan cream cheese...this was the last of the Man's bagels...y'all know my favorite is the 'everything' bagel...but this sweet one was a nice change...I had some hot tea with that...just Lipton's...
...Lunch was a tofu sammie...just lettuce vegan mayo and tofu on a toasted whole wheat bun...
...afternoon snack was a pizza/pita...no vegan cheese...just sauce, spinach, tomato, and black olives...it was really good...
...and for dinner we had a right ol' feast...baked tofu, vegan Grandma's Mashed, whole wheat roll, green bean casserole, rosemary-butternut squash...and cranberry sauce...all delicious...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

~Have a lovely day!

  1. I think you are the only person i "know" who loves tofu as much as I do!
Each time I see your tofu, I feel like running to make some!

Yesterday we made Chakalaka (south african stew).

    1. Hi Maureen,
...that does sound delicious...when we were in North Dakota everyone (but mostly kids) loved CoCo Wheats ...it's an instant chocolate flavored breakfast cereal made by Little Crow Foods since 1930...basically Cream of Wheat with Cocoa...but I've never seen it here in the South...you made me miss it a little...
