...3.20...Dinner and a Movie...

...we have been doing a pretty good job of eating from the freezer and pantry during this quarantine...eventually...I'll have to go to the grocery store...but not yet...

...so except for the rice...which came from the pantry...everything in this meal came from the freezer...beans, corn and greens...I had even frozen the cornbread...and it was just fine...

...the movie was an old one...it showed up in the Amazon queue...Roman Holiday...it's a sweet and pretty predictable romantic comedy...

...what have you been watching lately?...do you find you're watching more TV now?...

~Have a lovely weekend!

  1. Dinner looks hearty. I love that old movie Roman Holiday. One of my favourites. I may have to watch it again if I run out of things to watch. I haven't really been watching more TV. In fact quite the opposite. I seem to also have scaled down my reading so I'm not quite sure where the time is going. Just pacing myself and enjoying the quiet for now. I watched some television movie yesterday called No One Would Tell. It deals with high school love and a popular boy who abuses his teenage girlfriend. I didn't really want to watch it but nothing else was on. I do think movies like this are good for teens and parents to watch and maybe learn about the issues so they can avoid. Stay safe and have a lovely week ahead.

  2. No, still not watching any tv as it takes a good bit of power and we don't want to have to run the generator. Lots of Kindle reading though! Love, K
