...3.4...What I Ate in a Day as a Vegan...

...it's been so rainy and dreary here this week...but such is March...still pretty lamb-like this year...
...I wanted two different things for breakfast...one savoury and one sweet...so I toasted two slices of bread and split them in half...
...then I got out a slab of baked tofu and topped it with freshly ground black pepper and Kala Namak (black salt - eggy tasting surphurous salt)...
...and for the other half...peanut butter and a perfectly spotted sweet banana...
...you can also see my quart of lemon water...a cup of tea...and all my supplements...
...for lunch I cooked and ate an entire bag of spinach...it cooks down to practically nothing and I offered the Man half...but he didn't want it...so I ate it all...
... I topped a big baked potato with some more of those sweet little tomatoes I got over the weekend...and then topped that with some homemade vegan ranch...
...that's a really yummy combo...
...I had some of the multi coloured carrots with more of the vegan ranch for a snack sometime later...
...and then for dinner...I got out those Field Roast veggie burgers that Mom had sent home with me from the Baby Shower...
...and just fried that in a pan...
...it has a lot of fat...like almost half the calories are from fat...but I'm not worried...I won't be eating them every day...
...I had it with some A1 sauce and those baby new potatoes without the packet...and Foreman grilled broccoli...it was a really good supper...
...quite late like 9-ish...the Man said he was going to make a pizza for a snack...and I thought that sounded like a lot of trouble for a snack...but he proceeded...I made just a little flatbread with some pizza dough...and topped it with sliced green olives...
...and it did make a yummy snack...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

~Have a lovely day!
