...for breakfast...I had peanut butter and banana on toast...with tea...
...I wanted to try the Violife smoked provolone...
...so...lunch for me...was an open faced broiled vegan cheese sammie...and a bowl of veg broth...and tea...of course...
...and for Our Girl...I used the Violife Cheddar...to make a traditional grilled cheese sammie...
...which she pretty much devoured...she's a trickster too...she'll offer you a bite of her sammie...and then when you lean in to take it...she snatches it away...and giggles...
...for an afternoon snack...I made us some vegan s'mores...just in the oven...that was yummy...and Our Girl got the melted chocolate all in her hair...eeeuuuwww...
...dinner was just a big plate of veggies...and tofu...

Hey, I had leftover sushi for breakfast AND lunch because I am the only on on board who will eat it (and it's not something that keeps very long). Supper we just had a big plate of fresh veggies and dip. Then a few lemon cookies for snack. So not very exciting! Love, K
