....we made VEGAN TOURNEDOS SAUTÉS AUX CHAMPIGNONS or VEGAN TOURNEDOS SAUTÉS CHASSEUR if you prefer...
...which is just a vegan seitan filet steak with a rich sauce...it was yummy...
