...breakfast...was a bowl of mixed cereal with store-bought (YAY) almond milk...
...morning snack was a slice of toast with peanut butter and banana sprinkled with flaxseeds...
...lunch was some chili from the freezer...with a chopped up roma tomato on top... and a few leftover Foreman grilled sweet potatoes...
...afternoon snack...was a pretty lackluster tomato sandwich...made with a store-bought roma...can't wait for those first garden fresh tomatoes of the summer...
...and dinner was another hodge-podge of leftovers...BBQ sauce with baked tofu cubes for dipping...a couple of muffin cups of potato soup from the freezer with a cornbread muffin (also frozen)...a bowl of rice and a big salad...
...not very interesting...I know...what did you eat yesterday?....

Yesterday, I had cheese grits/tomato/sourdough bread for breakfast, some leftover salad for lunch with blue cheese dressing and a veggie plate with green beans, peas and mac & cheese for supper.....pretty bland!! Love, K

I had to think very hard to remember... 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, soup (lentl) and bread for lunch and stirfried leeks with chicken and rice for dinner. Let's not talk about the snacks (too many) ;-)

...but I like to make a lower fat version as well...but you have to have some special ingredients (like agar) for that one...in this post it's Bryanna's
