...it's finally time to try our Okinawan sweet potatoes...so I fished out all of the smallest ones (just because I was afraid they'd keep the shortest amount of time)...
...and we had baked tofu and a salad with them and they did not disappoint...they were delicious...just that same fluffly dry sweet potato that we had in Japan...totally worth all of the effort...
...and the movie...not being up for a full lenght movie after a full day of packing and two trips to Goodwill...was actually a Netflix documentary...
The Elephant Whisperers...it was sweet...
